Frequently Asked Questions
Designs:
1) Who owns the temporary tattoo designs?
All our designs are created by artists hired by our parent
corporation, On-Line Distribution Inc. Legal copyright ownership of all our
designs is held by On-Line Distribution Inc.
2) Why are there limited designs?
For the moment we plan to grow slowly, adding a few new
designs every few months within our key categories. Our goal is to introduce four
new designs to the catalog each year, two in the spring and two in the fall.
Future designs will be shown on the site and feedback from site visitors may
influence which designs go to production first.
3) Who designs our graphics?
Over the years we have worked with many talented artists
from around the world on various projects. We now engage these artists to
create unique graphics for temporary tattoos.
4) Do you design custom work?
At the moment the answer is no. We work with several high-end
manufacturers who require large volume purchases, so producing a custom tattoo
in a small quantity is not yet feasible.
5) Do you plan to offer any tattoos outside of running and
triathlons?
We do plan to offer a line of temporary tattoos for the
cycling and yoga communities. If you are interested in either of these, please
let us know as it could impact our introduction timelines.
6) Do you manufacture the temporary tattoos and where are
they manufactured?
No, we do not manufacture the temporary tattoos, but we do
own the designs that are being produced.
We use two top quality manufacturers with offices located in Canada and production facilities in the United States. All the temporary tattoos that we sell are made in the United States. The manufacturers’ contact information can be found on the back of the temporary tattoos.
Safety:
1) Do your tattoos use FDA approved ingredients?
We use two different manufacturers whose operations are
based in the United States
and who have a reputation for high quality work. Our manufacturers use only FDA
approved ingredients when making the temporary tattoos and all ingredients are
listed on the back of the tattoos for our customers to review.
2) What if I have sensitive skin?
We advise people not to purchase temporary tattoos if they have sensitive skin. A warning is also printed on the back of the tattoos.
Shipping:
1) Who do you ship with?
Our shipments are sent using CanadaPost. We ship by surface
mail to all parts of Canada
and by small parcel to the United
States and overseas.
2) What is the expected delivery time?
Delivery time varies depending on where the shipment is
going.
United States
Shipments to most United States major cities take up
to 14 business days from the time of shipping. Shipments crossing the United
States/Canada border can be affected by delays.
Canada
Shipments in Canada
take on average 5 business days from the time of shipping.
Overseas
Shipments to Europe and
Asia Pacific can take longer than 14 business days to reach their destination.
If you have not received your order within 14 business days from the time of shipping and you reside in either Canada or the United States, please contact us at: hello@rungoddess.com.
3) How do you ship the temporary tattoos?
We ship our products in a stay-flat rigid envelope that will
not crush or bend. This ensures your products arrive undamaged.
4) Are shipping costs calculated on a per unit basis or is there
one flat charge?
We charge a flat shipping price based on the cost for
CanadaPost to deliver the product and the cost of handling. Shipments to the United States
and overseas must ship as a parcels, not letters.
The shipping cost will not change if you order more than one item, so multiple unit orders will reduce your overall per unit shipping cost.
5) What about Duties?
All international orders may be subject to duties. Customers in locations outside of Canada should be aware that their orders may be subject to import duties for their respective countries and are responsible for paying any duties levied on their orders by their local customs office. All of our tattoos are manufactured in the United States.
